If you would like to make a return, please take a look at our policies below to ensure your purchase is eligible then please contact us through our ONLINE CHAT. 


We only accept return requests for items that are unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, in the exact same condition it was received.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within <14 days> of the date you received your item.

After 14 days we can only repair the item under our restore and repair warranty. Our mission for a sustainable future has led us to prioritise a restore and repair warranty rather than replacement where they end up in landfill. 

If the item is marked “Final Sale” or has a discount of 40% OFF or more it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded or exchanged. 


Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item to ensure it has not been used and is in original condition. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within <two weeks>. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.


In the unlikely event that the the item you receive is damaged, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please contact us through our online chat within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the process.


After you’ve submitted a return request through our online chat we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package.

*We offer FREE RETURNS on full priced items. If it is a sale item you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

We also ask that you please consider the ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT of returns. We encourage you to please reach out to us on LIVE CHAT with as many questions as you like so we can help you to find the most suitable items for you.  This will help to reduce unnecessary greenhouse emissions that are accelerating climate change, caused from the double shipping and waste of returned items.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our online chat 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


Approximate expected delivery time

USA = 3-6 Business days for our FREE Delivery or 2-3 Business Days for additional fee expedited shipping.  

AUSTRALIA = 5-8 Business days

If you are not home to sign for your parcel and you do not pick it up from the designated collection point, the parcel will be returned to us after 7 days. In this instance, there will be an additional $30 fee to re-dispatch your parcel. We will contact you prior to charging any additional fees and re-dispatching of the parcel.

Please note that packages sent internationally may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties. We take every effort to ensure fast delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or additional fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

For international returns, please be advised that you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
